At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return merchandise authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and products are free of horse hair or dirt.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the return portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
